When a role looks right for you, we tell you about the school first and ask how it feels. Your profile is shared only when you say yes, school by school.

If you would like to explore privately, just tell us. We work around your current school with care, so you can look ahead with complete peace of mind.
Our service is free for you.
Schools invest in our work, so joining, being introduced and being placed are always free for educators.
It is all about your practice.
We are interested in your training, your classroom and what you would love to do next. When we talk about salary, we talk about what you are hoping for.
How it works
Join the Talent Network
Create your profile and upload your resume in about 10 minutes. You decide whether we may introduce you to schools, and you can change your mind at any time.
Talk with us
Someone from our team who knows Montessori classrooms will invite you to a conversation. We would love to hear about your training, your practice and what you are looking for next. It is a conversation between colleagues, not an interview.
Stay in touch
We follow your timing. If you are ready to move soon, you will hear from us often. If next year suits you better, we will check in now and then. If you are simply curious, we will be here when you are ready.
Find the right school
When a role fits, we tell you all about the school and the position first. If you would like to go ahead, we introduce you and support you through interviews and the offer, sharing honestly what we hear along the way.
Your profile, your way
Your profile belongs to you. Sign in whenever you like to update your availability, where you would move, and the roles you would love next. The more current it is, the better we can match you.
If you ever decide to leave, you can ask us to delete your profile at any time.
Questions educators ask us
- Do I need to be looking for a job right now?
- Not at all. Many educators join so that we know them when the right role comes along.
- Which credentials do you work with?
- AMI, AMS and other recognised Montessori training. Tell us what you hold, and we will be honest about where it is likely to be most valued.
- Will a school see my profile without my knowing?
- Never. Every introduction is agreed with you first, school by school.
- What happens if I take a role somewhere else?
- Congratulations! Let us know and we will update your profile. You stay part of our network, and we will be in touch when you might be ready for your next step.
